They thrive in a social, energetic environment while helping to grow the business. Both roles are performed in a manner that fosters member retention. The work is not always easy but it is worthwhile, fun and rewarding. They show self initiative to perform a variety of activities necessary for success from: greeting members, answering phones, member service and problem solving, handing out guest passes, talking up Center activities, booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet, conducting center tours, presenting rates and prospect follow up. The Ideal Candidate is looking for a varied work schedule that may include some evenings; weekends and week day shifts on a part time basis that can grow into a career. It will also include some opening and closing responsibilities. You are a believer in fitness for life. Other's view you as honest and authentic with a natural ability to be a good listener who is like able and relates well with others. You have a keen sense of personal pride in exceeding goals. You have some previous experience in retail sales, ideally within the fitness, health and wellness industry. A Bachelor---s degree in Sports Management, Business, Communication, Marketing or the equivalent, preferred not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to details in verbal and written communications.
