Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to assist the
sales operations team in building, maintaining, and analyzing
critical reports and sales order tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate the sales/renewal process for sales teams,
including documentation and contract management
Research and resolve product delivery and invoicing challenges on
behalf of customers and account managers
Create and maintain sales performance-related spreadsheets and
databases for Sales Management
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in sales administration, sales support,
customer service, or a similar role
Experience in supporting and processing contracts
Familiarity with multiple business lines
Proficiency in documenting processes and procedures
Competency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and
Salesforce/Netsuite
