Executive, you will work directly with clients to understand their
needs and align them with our comprehensive suite of staffing
services. This position offers an opportunity to excel in a
competitive, technologically advanced industry, ensuring that our
staffing solutions meet the high-caliber demands of the
telecommunications market. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with key clients in the telecommunications industry.
Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to enhance
their workforce capabilities. Negotiate contracts and close
agreements to maximize profits while sustaining customer
satisfaction. Achieve growth and hit sales targets through
successful management of the sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales
teams to ensure company-wide growth and alignment with the overall
business strategy. Prepare reports on account status and
communicate progress to relevant stakeholders within the company.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive
activities to propose and execute strategic plans. Strong verbal
and written communication skills Advanced negotiation and
presentation skills Proficient in CRM software and sales management
tools Able to analyze market trends and customer needs Capability
to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Excellent
