Job Description Job Description Located in Chichester, NH Customer Service / Inside Sales Location: Chichester, NH Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (up to 5:00pm during peak season) Our client, a busy wholesale nursery in Chichester, NH, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales professional to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and training provided. What You'll Be Doing: Enter and process customer orders accurately Assist customers in person and over the phone Handle counter sales and walk-in customer support Provide basic product and availability information Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales paperwork Update customer records and order details Track orders and communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment Perform general sales administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and order follow-up What We're Looking For: Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or administrative support Plant or nursery knowledge is a plus but not required Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused 3368OS Express Office: Waltham-Framingham 326 Washington Street Annex Second Floor Wellesley Hills, MA 02481
