Compensation: $60k-$70k/year Commission (based on move-ins)
Location: Guilderland, NY Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

are seeking a passionate sales professional who thrives on building
relationships and helping people find the perfect place to call
home. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our community,
guiding prospects through an exciting journey from first inquiry to
move-in. This role blends strategic outreach,
relationship-building, and event-driven marketing to drive
occupancy and elevate our brand. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
engaging tours and personalized follow-up to convert leads into
residents Maintain CRM accuracy and execute timely, consistent
communication Plan, promote, and host community events to attract
prospective residents and partners Meet or exceed monthly and
quarterly sales goals Collaborate with the Executive Director and
on-site team to ensure exceptional prospect experiences Respond to
inquiries within a two-hour timeframe (excluding weekends and
holidays) What We’re Looking For: A natural closer with confidence,
warmth, and a strong sense of urgency High energy and excellent
interpersonal communication skills Creative thinker with ideas for
events, partnerships, and outreach opportunities Organized and
self-motivated, able to manage multiple leads and priorities
Previous experience in senior living, active adult communities,
hospitality, real estate, or event sales is a plus Comfortable
using CRM systems, email marketing, and digital outreach tools If
